Have you been to a trade show recently? We planned to visit one last week here in Vegas. We saw the pop up booths while we were running an errand in the mall but decided to go back the next day to check them out.
Lo and behold! When we came back, in less than 24 hours the area was already cleared out – as if it never happened at all.
Lesson learned: in this era of pop up trade show displays, don’t expect these trade shows to wait for you because they could be gone in a blink of an eye.
I guess, that’s one of the advantages for advertisers of using pop up displays at trade shows. These displays are easy to set up and transport to wherever the event will be held. All the organizers have to do is to open up the frame like a EZ UP canopy or an accordion, hang either fabric or graphic panels to the frame and they’re all set up. Also, the case can convert to a podium stand by using either a graphic or fabric wrap to surround the case then finishing it off with a plastic or woo top.
I’ve seen these trade show pop up displays not only at trade shows but at events, job fairs and retail stores too. They can actually be used anywhere where a large portable display wall is needed since pop up displays come in a variety of shapes and sizes and you can add graphics to them or order them graphic ready.
Next time, we hope to visit a trade show again for some, uhmmm, photo opportunities. LOL!
