I’ve been planning to invest in stocks for some time now. I actually have limited knowledge on how this stuff works but one thing I know for sure is that there is more stock trading than just hunches and luck.
My friend, Carla, told me to give online trading a try since she knew that I’m online most of the time and it will be easier for me to track my investment on the internet. She said that there are actually lots of online brokers who offer various tools to help investors like me in making informed decisions when it comes to investing and trading. According to Carla, some of them even offer mobile trading so I can track my investments and trade even on my phone.
If ever, I’ll probably need an online broker who’ll provide me all the research and tools that I need such as x-stream, premium streaming news, streaming quotes and charts, interactive charts, stock, ETF and mutual fund news, customizable screeners, market calendars, S&P stock reports and commentary and remote access stocks alerts. Right?
Have you tried trading stocks, options, mutual funds, ETFs and fixed incomes through an online brokerage firm? If yes, how did it go? Do you think that I should just stick to IRA accounts or “putting your eggs in different baskets” (as the saying goes) is really a smart move especially in these times of economic uncertainty?
