Beautiful mom Kelly Preston, the 48 year old wife of John Travolta (he’s 56 years old), gave birth to a bouncing baby boy in a Florida hospital last Tuesday.The baby boy, whom they named as Benjamin, is the newest member of the Travolta family. He reportedly weighed 8 lbs. and 3 oz. at birth. Both the baby and Preston are healthy and doing beautifully, according to their press release statement.
“John, Kelly and their daughter Ella Bleu are ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family,” the statement said.
Benjamin is the second son of Kelly and John. Their eldest son, Jett, died in January 2009 after he hit his head in the bathtub during a seizure at their family’s vacation house in Bahamas.
Wow, a baby at 48! Yes, they lost their firstborn. Must have been hard time for the family. Good to know they have a new baby.
